Paint almost completely gone. Minor rust.
After
Completely disassembled & all metal pieces bead blasted. All metal pieces primed, sanded, painted red except grinding disk. Grinding disk lighly coated with mineral oil after blasting. Original wood sanded smooth and painted black.
